1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Gen White Page service (hereinafter "Service"), provided via the Telegram bot @GenWhitePage_bot. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any provision, please stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides automated generation of white page websites for use in digital advertising. The output of the Service is HTML or PHP files packaged in a ZIP archive, delivered to the user via Telegram.

3. Registration and Access

The Service is provided through the Telegram messenger. No additional registration is required. To use the Service, the user must have a Telegram account and sufficient balance in their Service account. Use of the Service is available to individuals aged 18 and over.

4. Payment Terms

The Service is provided on a pay-per-generation basis. The current pricing is available in the bot and on the website. The minimum top-up amount is $10. Funds credited to the balance are non-refundable except in cases stipulated by these Terms. The balance does not expire.

5. Refund Policy

A refund of the unused balance is possible upon written request to support at @GenWhitePage, subject to verification of identity and account activity. Generation fees are non-refundable if the service was delivered in accordance with the specifications.

6. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
  • Not use the Service to create content that violates applicable law;
  • Not attempt to circumvent technical restrictions of the Service;
  • Not transfer access to their account to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The generated files are transferred to the user for unlimited use. The user has the right to modify and use the generated content at their own discretion. The Service does not claim ownership of the generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the generated pages will pass moderation of specific advertising platforms, as moderation policies change. The Service is not liable for any losses arising from the use of the generated content.

9. Referral Program

The Service provides a referral program. The terms and reward rates are set at the sole discretion of the Service and may be changed at any time with notification via the Telegram bot or support channel.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

The Service reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to a user's account in cases of violation of these Terms without refund of the balance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful — in accordance with applicable law.
